Terms of service

All our occasion bouquets can be ordered for next day delivery or a future date by simply adding in your chosen delivery date to the notes/comments sections upon checkout along with recipients info and address if gifting. 

Stem choices are subject to alternative replacements where necessary due to seasonal or stock levels. These will reflect the same price range and quality as what is advertised within the product specification.

Any Personal specifications should be made upon the time of ordering via the notes with purchase, by email or by telephone. We reserve the rights to cancel any order outside of these guidelines but try our utmost best to accommodate where possible.
