Deposits and Booking Fees
All deposits and booking fees paid for our floral services are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been received, this secures your date and our commitment to creating your bespoke floral arrangements.
Wedding and Event Florals
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding or event date. This deposit confirms our availability and commitment to your special day. The remaining balance is due as per the terms outlined in your quotation.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the bespoke nature of our work and the advance ordering of fresh flowers and materials, deposits and booking fees cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. This ensure that as a business any losses incurred by securing your date and thus turning away other potential clients and booking and covered aswell as administrative work that may have already gone into your booking for your occasion or event.
Changes to Orders
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order where possible, subject to availability and timing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments. Changes of date may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
