Refund policy

Returns are not accepted on fresh products due to the natural deterioration and varying elements that effect this such as temperature, drafts, water changing, this does not effect your statutory rights and if you are unhappy with your purchase upon delivery we would ask for photo evidence within 12 hours, after this a replacement would not be considered.

Return on silk goods accepted providing product does not meet its description or is damaged/faulty in any such way, Buyer to pay for return shipping.
